Sam believes the importance of good leadership as their actions and behaviours will have an impact on the people around them. He believes a leader can be trained and everyone has the potential to be a good leader given the right guidance and coaching.

He is a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, USA and has more than 1,500 of professional hours, coaching leaders and executives in Asia, Australia / NZ and Europe. Swee Heng passionately believes everyone is born with strengths, talents and passion and his role is to inspire and challenge his Coachees to be more than what they currently are. This is done through open conversations to explore the world of possibilities, define the desires, plan the paths and then work hard to get there.

A qualified executive coach, Julie is also an experienced leader with 15+ years in management positions.  Ten of which were in senior positions including heading national operations and an interim CEO post. Julie understands the complexities, challenges and rewards of work and leadership.  She’s managed predecessors of her roles and co-workers who were previously in equal, or more senior posts to her. She also led teams of employees, freelancers, partner organisations and volunteers; delivering high standard services, on tight budgets, with stretching targets and within periods of change.   As well as coaching, Julie has designed and facilitated sessions for leadership programmes in London and New York.

Tim's approach to development is simple, He believes everyone has the capability to succeed, however it is sometimes the interference that prohibits our success.  His coaching approach is that of client-centered facilitation where we work on the client rather than the client problems which then provides the space for them to address their challenges.This approach is derived from the work of the American psychologist Carl Rogers where congruence, empathy and unconditional positive regard are the foundation of a coach, client relationship.
