He had built and led a diversified and multi-cultured team across Asia. He fully understands the complexities and challenges of a leader having led his team through merger & acquisition, expansion to a new market and riding through the tough business environment. Sam believes the importance of good leadership as their actions and behaviors will have an impact on the people around them. He believes a leader can be trained and everyone has the potential to be a good leader given the right guidance and coaching.
