She is a serial entrepreneur having founded and led 3 successful start-ups: a marketing services company, an admissions counselling company, and an Internet company, Clubmom Inc., growing membership from 10K to 1M, with a successful exit.
Dipika has held senior leadership positions with firms incl. General Mills, where she oversaw APAC consumer marketing strategy
Dipika holds a Masters in International Business from Columbia University and a B.A. & M.A. in Economics from University of Delhi.

Jitesh is currently holding several professional roles, including serving as Strategic Advisor to Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, a leading publicly-listed steel producer; is a Board Director of Simply Fresh Pvt Ltd, the largest precision farming company in India; and is on the Advisory Board of another start-up focused on digital extrapolation and interpretation of financial statements.
Jitesh’s career in Cargill spanned 33 years. His most recent role was Managing Director, Cargill Trade & Structured Finance, a business that provides financial solutions, structuring expertise, trade finance and risk management expertise to customers. Concurrently, Jitesh was Country Manager for Cargill Singapore, where he was responsible for supporting the management and growth of all of Cargill’s businesses in Singapore.
Jitesh has held several other leadership roles globally including Global Business Unit Leader for Cargill Ferrous International during which he established the business as a premier leading iron and steel trading and processing company.
In 2006, Jitesh was appointed Chairman, Cargill India, based in Delhi, having supervisory responsibility over all of Cargill’s businesses in India, while still serving as global leader of the ferrous business.
Jitesh has served on several global corporate committees in Cargill, including the Corporate Brand Reputation Committee and the Business Ethics and Compliance Committee.
Jitesh is active in community service activities. He is a Trustee of the Singapore Gujarati Society and the Singapore Gujarati Hindu Endowment Trust and is a founding member of the Singapore chapter of the Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO).
Jitesh graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the National University of Singapore. He is married and has two sons, aged 24 and 22.

Michelle is Clinical Professor of Leadership at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She previously served as the School's first Director of Leadership Initiatives from 2006 to 2013, designing and coordinating opportunities for personal leadership development.
Her courses focus on the ways leaders maximize their performance and unleash their teams' potential by addressing 1) how self-reflection and awareness of one's identity, values and purpose serve as foundations of effective leadership; and 2) how leaders engage and inspire others and set them up for success. She teaches modules on leadership narrative and storytelling, creating cultures of courageous conversations, and the dynamics of leading and following. She is committed to designing innovative learning experiences that transform lives by providing purpose, passion, and possibility.
Michelle has a PhD and MA in Social Psychology from Princeton University, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Paul A O' Keefe

Paul A. O’Keefe, Ph.D. is a social psychologist and Assistant Professor of Psychology at YaleNUS College. He is also Director of the Mindsets & Motivation Lab, which focuses on research pertaining to goal pursuit with particular attention to motivational factors, such as interest, implicit self-theories, and self-regulation.
He earned a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and joined the Yale University Center for the Psychology of Abilities, Competencies, and Expertise, where he worked with Robert J. Sternberg and Elena L. Grigorenko. In 2009, he completed his doctoral training in social psychology at Duke University under James Y. Shah and Lisa Linnenbrink-Garcia. He then took a postdoctoral fellowship at New York University before being awarded the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Postdoctoral Fellowship, a title he held at Stanford University working with Carol S. Dweck.
